SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays.

Free US Domestic Shipping on orders $75+: We offer free USPS ground shipping on all U.S. orders $75+. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. USPS ground shipments are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. That said, we cannot guarantee these transit times. While we offer USPS shipping, we are independent of them and cannot control their delivery schedule, routine or operations.

Orders less than $75 are your responsibility. We offer real time shipping rates for all orders.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are international and interested in ordering from us you can reach out directly at assembledteam@gmail.com

Lost, Stolen or Incorrectly addressed packages: Assembled is a small business and will do whatever is possible to offer exceptional, personalized customer service.  That said, we are not the USPS and cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect addresses or orders that are marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier but are lost or stolen.  We simply cannot afford to provide refunds or replacements for incorrectly addressed, lost or stolen goods

RETURN POLICY

If you want to return your order, we offer a 30 day return window on all regularly-priced products. For our craft kits we require that the kits are unassembled if you would like to return an item. We do not accept returns that have not met these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To make a return, please email us at assembledteam@gmail.com for instructions.

As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 1-3 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Reduced-price items are final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please note: Assembled is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Assembled maintains the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return. If you are shipping a return item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
